Join Our Team: Wire EDM Operator-Programmer
Location: Hutchinson, MN

3D CNC is seeking a skilled and motivated Wire EDM Operator-Programmer to join our team immediately. This role involves both programming and operating Wire EDM machines, conducting in-process inspections, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Program and operate Wire EDM machinery
• Perform in-process inspections to ensure quality standards
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a precision manufacturing environment

Preferred Qualifications

• 1–3 years of EDM machining experience
• At least 1 year of programming experience
• Working knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing practices
